Welcome to 2025: A Year of Favor and Growth
As we enter 2025, I greet you with joy, gratitude, and great anticipation for what God has in store for us this year. Each New Year is a gift, a reminder of God’s faithfulness, and an opportunity to realign our hearts with His purpose.
Reflecting on God’s Faithfulness:
Looking back on 2024, we saw His hand move in ways that deepened our faith and strengthened our fellowship. From the countless lives touched through our Weekly Soup Kitchen to the powerful worship services and community outreach, God reminded us that He is ever-present in our journey.
To the Bethel family, your dedication to ministry, service, and prayer is a testament to what it means to be the hands and feet of Christ. Together, we’ve laid a foundation that will only grow stronger in 2025.
A Year of Favor:
This year, I declare that we will walk in God’s favor like never before. Favor that brings clarity to our calling. Favor that opens doors we thought were closed. Favor that allows us to bless others abundantly.
As we strive to glorify God in every situation, let us remember the words of Philippians 1:6: “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Trust that God is not finished with you, Bethel. He’s still shaping, refining, and preparing us for greater works.
Growing Together:
In 2025, we will focus on three pillars:
- Spiritual Growth: Let us dive deeper into His Word and strengthen our prayer lives.
- Community Impact: We’ll continue serving York County and beyond, shining Christ’s light in practical, life-changing ways.
- Unity in Christ: Let’s embrace one another with love, respect, and understanding, knowing that we are stronger together.
Looking Ahead:
As we embark on this new chapter, I encourage each of you to seek God boldly. Write down your goals and lift them in prayer. Step out in faith and trust Him to guide your path.
Bethel, 2025 is our year to rise higher, dream bigger, and love deeper. I’m excited to walk this journey with you, knowing that the best is yet to come.
Love you all,
Bishop Anthony E. Pinkney
