What we believe
We believe that this organization is founded upon biblical precepts which govern the lives of mankind.
We believe that “all scripture is given by the inspiration of God, is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction and for instruction in righteousness.” St. Matthew 4:4 and II Timothy 3:16
We believe that the Ten Commandments, as stated in the Holy Bible, in the book of Exodus, Chapter Twenty (20), expresses God’s great love for mankind. We believe that the Commandments are holy, just and good:
- Exodus 20:1-17
- Romans 7:12
We believe and place emphasis on the fourth commandment (Sabbath Day Worship), which is a sign between God and Israel and generations to come:
- Exodus 20:8; Exodus 31:13
- Ezekiel 20:12
We believe in water baptism according to the Books of Acts and John:
- Acts 2:37:39; 10:47
- John 3:5
We believe The Lord’s Supper, also referred to as Communion, is an ordinance given to the Church as a memorial of the death of Jesus Christ, and it should be observed annually at the appointed time:
- Luke 22:7-21, 29-30
- John 19:14-15 & 31
- 1 Corinthians 5:7;
- 1 Corinthians 10:16 & 11:1-2, 18-30
We believe the Holy Bible plan of financial support for the Church and its mission is the payment of tithes and offerings by members of the Church or those who would love to support:
- Exodus 25:1-2
- Malachi 3:8-10
- Leviticus 27:31
We believe the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit) is the Comforter promised by our Lord Jesus Christ:
- John 16:13
- Romans 5:5
- 1 Corinthians 12:7-11
- Galatians 5:22-26
We believe that all things should be done in the Name of Jesus Christ:
- Matthew 1:21
- Acts 4:10-12
